Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC) has launched exclusive discounted monthly passes on its MetroConnect3 mobile application, making it the first metro in India to offer a pass facility entirely through a mobile app, officials said.

Starting Friday, November 28, commuters on Mumbai Metro Line 3 can enjoy special discounts on trip-based passes: a 15 per cent discount on 60-trip passes and a 10 per cent discount on 45-trip passes, an official statement said.
