Mumbai commuters can now enjoy a simpler and smarter way to travel across the city’s metro network with the launch of the OneTicket App on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network.

An official statement said that as the Mumbai Metro continues to grow rapidly, with the current 70 km network expected to reach 340 km, there was a pressing need for a unified ticketing system. Different lines are managed by different operators, often leading to confusion and multiple ticket purchases. To address this, SequelString, with the support of Mumbai Metro One, has launched the OneTicket App -- a single digital platform that allows passengers to book tickets across all operational metro lines in one go.
