Mumbai: Nair hospital doctor 'overdoses' on anaesthesia

Bhimsandesh Tupe was pursuing his MD; while no suicide note has been found, his phone has been sent to forensic experts as it has a fingerprint lock

A 28-year-old doctor from Nair hospital was found dead in his hostel room in a suspected case of suicide. Hospital authorities and the police said the doctor, Bhimsandesh Tupe, apparently 'overdosed' on a muscle relaxant used for anesthesia.

While no suicide note has been found, the police have sent Tupe's mobile phone to forensic experts as it has a fingerprint lock.
