The city saw 93.4 per cent turnout for the vaccination drive on Monday. Meanwhile, the civic body is also gearing up to start the inoculation of frontline workers. The only apprehension now is the CoWIN app crashing again due to the load of information.
The city on Monday expected 8,250 healthcare workers to come for vaccination. Five of those vaccinated reported adverse effects such as giddiness and were kept under observation for 30 minutes. There were 12 centres with total 82 units operating.
