When Nitin Kagzi, a businessman from Peddar Road, made his way to a branded salon in Lower Parel for a routine haircut, he had certainly not imagined having a part of his ear cut off. A senior hairstylist from the salon allegedly sliced off a part of Kagzi's ear while cutting his hair. While the stylist's services have been terminated, Kagzi and his wife are considering taking a legal recourse.

During the haircut, Nitin Kagzi felt a sting on his left ear, and the hairstylist cutting his hair did not tell him what had happened. Kagzi immediately called for his wife, Prachi, who saw that a part of her husband's ear had been cut off, which the stylist tried to cover up with a small bandage
