Mumbai Rains: Fireman injured, 2 vehicles damaged after tree falls in Thane

A tree fell in Savarkar Nagar. It crushed an autorickshaw and a car, and amid the rescue operation, a tree branch fell on fireman.

A 33-year-old fireman was injured and two vehicles were damaged after a tree fell following heavy rains on Tuesday in Maharashtra`s Thane city, civic officials told PTI.
The tree fell in Savarkar Nagar at 11.35 a.m. It crushed an auto-rickshaw and a car, Thane Municipal Corporation`s disaster management cell chief, Yasin Tadvi, told PTI.
