The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted a rainy and stormy week across several parts of Maharashtra, including Mumbai and its nearby districts.

According to the recent weather report, a yellow alert has been issued in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region on Tuesday. These regions will experience thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning, light to moderate rainfall and gusty winds around 50-60 kmph at isolated places. Likewise, an orange alert has been declared in Raigad region for Tuesday and Wednesday, indicating very heavy rainfall, along with lightning and gusty winds.
