They say everything is funny as long as it’s happening to someone else. Top Delhi lawyer Harvinder Chowdhury will agree. On Friday, the former deputy attorney general for a host of Indian states, saw a mini victory when the Supreme Court agreed to examine a PIL filed by her, seeking a ban on jokes on Sikhs and Sardars.
