Mumbai took a major leap in urban infrastructure on Thursday as Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated four landmark projects under the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). 

The inauguration, attended by Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, BMC Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani, and other senior officials, showcased Mumbai’s ongoing efforts to enhance connectivity, urban mobility, and metro expansion.

The projects include the Mumbai Metro Simulator Training Centre at Mandale Depot, the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road (SCLR) extended corridor, the Metro Staff Residence at Malvani, and the Kalanagar Sub-Flyover (Arm D). Together, these developments promise to reduce travel time, improve commuter experience, and strengthen infrastructure resilience.
