Narayan Rane was questioned from 2 pm to 7 pm while Nitesh was questioned from 7 pm to 11 pm. However, while leaving the police station, Rane reiterated that Disha was murdered and the conspiracy involves high profile political leaders

Mumbai: Union minister Narayan Rane, son Nitesh interrogated for 9 hours in Disha Salian case

Union Minister Narayan Rane and his son Nitesh Rane were interrogated for 9 hours at Malvani Police station on Saturday night (March 5). Both of them were questioned by DCP (zone 11) Vishal Thakur and 2 officials. 


When questioned over allegations of Disha Salian's death being murder and not suicide, the father-son duo in their statement told cops that, the source of their information is 'media' and FIR against them is due to pressure from Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar and other politicians.


Narayan Rane was questioned from 2 pm to 7 pm while Nitesh was questioned from 7 pm to 11 pm. However, while leaving the police station, Rane reiterated that Disha was murdered and the conspiracy involves high profile political leaders.
