Mumbai on Friday woke up to a generally cloudy sky and the weather department has predicted that there was possibility of light to moderate rains at isolated locations.

The weather bulletin said that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning may also occur in some parts of the city and its suburbs.

According the Regional Meteorological Department`s local forecast for Mumbai city and suburbs for the next 24 hours, "There is a possibility of moderate rain and thunderstorms with cloudy skies at isolated places in the city and suburbs. The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 34 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius respectively."
