Mumbai witnessed a dense layer of smog on Friday as the city’s AQI stood at 127, remaining in the moderate category despite slight improvement. Temperatures stayed around 23–33 degree Celsiu while other Maharashtra regions recorded sharper winter chills

Mumbai on Friday woke up to a relatively better weather condition. With a thick layer of smog all across the blue skies still gripping the city, the air quality index did show slight improvement. However, the AQI category still stayed in the ‘moderate’ status. As per the Sameer app, the AQI of Mumbai on November 28 till 10:05 am was 127.
As per the Indian Meteorological Department, Mumbai on Friday will experience clear skies with maximum and minimum temperatures likely to be around 33 degrees Celsius and 23 degrees Celsius, respectively.
