A Nigerian national was arrested at the international airport here while allegedly trying to smuggle heroin worth approximately Rs 2.43 lakh customs officials said on Wednesday.

Larry Romeo Emeka was arrested when he was about to depart for Lagos on January 12, they said adding 750 grams of heroin was found in his baggage.
