The mysterious death of 32-year-old hospital nurse in Ghatkopar, who was found dead in at her Asalpha residence on Monday, has now turned intou00a0murder mystery. 
Sharmila Themkar (32) was found dead with a syringe and an injection lying next to her.
The police had yesterday registered a case of suicide. But the post-mortem report pointed towards a neck bone fracture. 
The police is now probing the case from a different angle.
