The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Friday announced that controlled feeding of pigeons will now be allowed at four new locations across the city, for two hours daily from 7 am to 9 am.
The decision comes as the civic body continues to enforce its ban on feeding pigeons at 50 existing Kabutarkhanas.
