Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday hailed the Maharashtra assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar's ruling, declaring his faction as the "real Shiv Sena political party," as a triumph for truth and democracy, and defeat of autocracy, dictatorship and dynasty politics.

While criticizing Uddhav Thackeray, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, without explicitly mentioning him, characterized the Speaker's decision as a rebuke to those treating the party as a private enterprise.
