The Supreme Court said on Monday that it will schedule the plea filed by the Uddhav Thackeray faction challenging Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar`s decision declaring Chief Minister Eknath Shinde`s Shiv Sena bloc as the "real political party" following the party`s split in June 2022.
The plea of the Thackeray faction was listed for hearing on Monday but the matter could not be taken up during the day due to paucity of time, newswire PTI reported.
