The Western Railway celebrated the 75th Republic Day at Mahalaxmi Sports Ground in Mumbai with great zeal. Western Railway`s general manager, Ashok Kumar Misra, saluted during the March Past, unfurled the national flag, and greeted the railway community.

After seeing the ceremonial procession in a stately manner, Misra spoke to the crowd on Republic Day. He applauded Western Railway for its recent accomplishments and significant anniversaries including the celebration of the Western Railways` headquarters completing 125 years, thanking the company as a whole for winning Efficiency Shields for exceptional performance in 2023.
