At an event on Republic Day 2026, Maharashtra Congress chief Harshwardhan Sapkal said on Monday that the Tricolour symbolises the nation’s honour, dignity and pride but some forces were trying to divide by politicising green and saffron, reported the PTI.
He was speaking after the 77th Republic Day flag hoisting ceremony at the Congress office.
