The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court has disposed off Shyamvar Rai’s application, to tell ‘the truth’ before the court in the Sheena Bora murder case, without recording his statement. Rai was the former driver of Indrani Mukerjea, co-founder of INX Media, and main suspect in the Sheena Bora case.
