Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi slammed the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), describing their alliance as one driven by compulsion and referring to it as a `surrendered alliance` in comparison to the INDIA bloc, an amalgamation of 26 parties that she praised for its democratic essence, stated a report in ANI.
According to the ANI report, Chaturvedi expressed her viewpoint, claiming that other parties within the BJP`s coalition feel cramped and controlled when it comes to voicing their thoughts or making decisions in front of PM Modi and Amit Shah, describing this dynamic as a "surrendered alliance."
