Around 300 taxi operators at the domestic airport in Mumbai went on strike from 11 am Thursday morning leading to chaos inconveniencing passengers arriving at the airport.

The striking cabbies are protesting against the implementation of a pre-paid cab system at the domestic airport. Two union groups are learnt to be opposing the implementation of prepaid system at the domestic airport carried out the strike.
