A truck collided with the Mumbai-Amravati Express at Bodwad station between the Bhusawal and Badnera sections, at 8.50 am on Friday.
According to Dr Swapnil Nila, the Chief Public Relations Officer of Central Railway, the incident took place when the truck crossed a closed railway crossing, leading to the collision. "There have been no injuries to the truck driver, cleaner or any passengers and no damage to the locomotive or the train, which will now continue on its onward journey," Dr Nila said.
