FOB staircases at Nallasopara, Naigaon stations to remain closed from Sunday

According to an official release, the additional north and south (secondary) legs of the double-discharge staircase of the FOB on Platform No 1 at Nallasopara station will remain closed from Sunday as work progresses on the provision of a deck and extension of the bridge

The Western Railway on Thursday announced the temporary closure of staircases at Nallasopara and Naigaon stations near Mumbai from Sunday, owing to ongoing construction and expansion work on Foot overbridges (FOBs).

According to an official release, the additional north and south (secondary) legs of the double-discharge staircase of the FOB on Platform No 1 at Nallasopara station will remain closed from Sunday as work progresses on the provision of a deck and extension of the bridge. Commuters have been advised to use the main staircase on the northern side during this period.
