Hundreds of students assembled at Ashok Mill Naka in Dharavi to demand cancellation of offline board exams for Std X and XII, on Monday, a police officer said. They had planned to protest outside state education minister Varsha Gaikwad’s residence, however, police used mild lathicharge and stopped them.
