<p>The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday forecasted moderate to heavy rains for the city and suburbs and added that there is a possibility of very heavy rainfall at isolated places</p>

<p>A high tide of about 4.69 meters was likely at city`s coast at around 1.29 pm on Tuesday and another high tide of 4.07 meters will be hitting the coast in the wee hours of July 24, the BMC said</p>

The civic body said that a low tide of 1.31 meters was expected at 7.38 pm on Tuesday
