The incident took place near Gundavali Metro Station around 2:30 am on Thursday

<p>According to officials, the Porsche was heading toward Bandra at high speed when its driver, identified as Neo Sauns (22), a resident of Mira Road, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the divider</p>

In the impact, a nearby BMW car also sustained damage. The Porsche driver was injured and has been taken for medical treatment, police confirmed

<p>Initial eyewitness accounts suggested that both luxury cars were speeding and appeared to be racing before the accident. However, Mumbai Police later clarified that no car racing activity had taken place prior to the crash</p>
