<p>The Election Commission, along with central and state governments and local bodies, has launched various initiatives to improve voter turnout in Mumbai for the upcoming assembly elections</p>

<p>Some of the initiatives include rationalisation of polling stations, the establishment of facilities within residential societies, and the provision of assured minimum facilities at voting booths</p>
