'Paa' girl Taruni dies in Nepal crash

Child actor Taruni Sachdev of Paa and Rasna fame perishes in Nepal plane crash. Twelve other Indians die.

Child actor Taruni Sachdev was among those killed in the Nepal plane crash Monday that claimed 12 other Indian lives. Taruni's mother Geeta who also was on board the ill-fated Dornier 228 aircraft perished in the crash.
Taruni is best remembered for her role as Auro's (Amitabh Bachchan) friend in the film Paa. Big B's reaction to this news came in the form of a tweet that read - 'Just reading that Tarini Sachdev the girl child artist in Paa, has perished in Nepal plane crash .. please God may this not be true'.
