US exchange students, studying Indian politics at Fergusson College, watched in awe, the large crowds who had gathered to watch Rahul speak.
Samantha Herclerde from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania, who is in her early 20s, said, "Rahul is cute, charming and very charismatic.
