The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) officials had a reason to smile on the second Bus Day on Thursday. It saw a better passenger turnout compared to the first Bus Day. This time, the day was observed in several parts of the city unlike the first, which was confined to two IT corridors. However, the software professionals, who drove the first Bus Day, were let down by BMTC officials who had promised to address certain demands to make the day a success.
