Let there be light. Yet there was no light.
And not very far from there, khadi-clad netas were deciding upon the expenditure of the public exchequer in the centrally air-conditioned hall of the Vidhan Sabha. The anti-graft cops of the city are facing the heat, quite literally as their office in the vicinity of the Assembly building - is going without power ever since the Budget session of the House has started.
