Cops arrested a man on Monday for tearing up pages from the blueprint of India's democracy. Accused was unhappy with disruption of Parliament
In a bizarre incident, a man in his forties was booked and arrested for insulting the Constitution of India after he was found tearing its pages outside Parliament on Monday. According to police sources, the incident took place at about 2.30 pm when the both Houses were in session.

| Recently, Ashok Kumar Sirohi, an ex-BSF constable alleged that he was ill-treated by his department and was expelled on medical grounds. Sirohi claims that he is fit and ready for his job. On October 28, he and his young kids marched naked through the Capital as a mark of protest.
