A 15-year-old boy was killed and two others were injured when the speeding car of an Uttar Pradesh minister ran over them on Wednesday on the Rae Bareli-Allahabad highway, officials said here.

Minister of State for Stamps Nand Kishore Nandi, who was in the car at the time of the accident, hastily shifted into his escort vehicle and sped away from the scene.
