A 15-year-old mentally challenged girl was raped inside a toilet of a Church-run centre for the handicapped, police said Monday.

According to police, the girl was lured to the toilet by a man named Desmond Andrade at the St. Francis Xavier Centre for Handicapped in Shantiniketan, Old Goa near Panaji, and then raped.
