Pedda Gunda had 14 cases against him including murder and dacoity, and had managed to escape from the cops on two occassions
He gave slip to the police twice but luck ran out for Pedda Gunda, a notorious rowdy on Saturday. Gunda was shot dead by officers from the Organised Crime Wing (OCW) of the Central Crime Branch (CCB) while he was trying to escape.
Pedda Gunda was a rowdy-sheeter from Basaveshwara Nagar and Rajarajeshwarinagar police stations, and had 14 criminal cases pending against him.
