Government on Friday decided to bring an ordinance for hiking salaries of Chief Justice of India, judges of the Supreme Court, chief justices and judges of high courts.

Government on Friday decided to bring an ordinance for hiking salaries of Chief Justice of India, judges of the Supreme Court, chief justices and judges of high courts.

The decision to promulgate an ordinance was taken at a meeting of the Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
