AAP leaders once sought justice for Nirbhaya, says Swati Maliwal

Maliwal`s party has accused her of being part of a plot to falsely indict Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a contrived case.

On Sunday, Rajya Sabha MP for the AAP Swati Maliwal expressed with grief that while members of her party had previously battled for Nirbhaya`s justice, they were now endorsing an individual who was said to have abused her. Maliwal`s party has accused her of being part of a plot to falsely indict Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a contrived case.
She stated, "Maybe things wouldn`t have been so bad for me!" if Manish Sisodia, the AAP politician and former deputy chief minister, currently being held in connection with the Delhi excise police case, had been present.
