On Sunday, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, dismissed reports concerning the purported disappearance of Pakistani nationals within the state, affirming that all individuals in question had been accounted for.

Fadnavis said arrangements are being made to deport Pakistani nationals from the state as per the Centre's directives.
