Bihar man detained for threat to kill Obama

A man has been detained in Bihar's Aurangabad district for allegedly calling up the US embassy in New Delhi and threatening to kill US President Barack Obama, police said on Sunday. He is being quizzed and his mental state ascertained.

A man has been detained in Bihar's Aurangabad district for allegedly calling up the US embassy in New Delhi and threatening to kill US President Barack Obama, police said on Sunday. He is being quizzed and his mental state ascertained.

Ranjan Kumar, in his 30s, a resident of Darbhanga village in Maoist-affected Aurangabad district, about 150 km from here, was detained Saturday by police for threatening to kill Obama.
