Jamshedpur: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi yesterday claimed that the outcome of the Bihar assembly poll would certainly have an impact on the Union Government, which has miserably failed to deliver on all front during its 17-month tenure.

The outcome of the Bihar poll in favour of 'Grand Alliance' of JD(U), RJD and Congress will certainly have an impact on the Union Government, Marandi, who is also the
