Amid ongoing India-Pakistan tensions, BJP and the Congress on Monday condoled the death of BSF constable Deepak Chingakham in Manipur. Deepak was killed in action after Pakistan initiated cross-border firing on Saturday, May 10 in the Jammu region.
Manipur's Deepal Chingakam was one of the eight BSF personnel injured in the cross-border shelling along the international border in Jammu and Kashmir's R S Pura Sector. Reportedly, the Manipur resident succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
