Sixty year-old homemaker from Churchgate, Sarla Nagpal admits that the scent of seaweed is too pungent for her vegetarianu00a0 sensibilities, "though I do know a lot of vegetarians who love it. I get orders from strict Radhasaomi adherents too." Her take-away varieties include Asparagus, Mushroom, Tofu, Avocado, Carrot and marinated Cucumber Rolls at Rs 700 (for 24 pieces). She needs a day's notice, says the chef who also markets a home-made range of exotic salads, cookies and sugar-free sweets.
