"I have to begin things on a good note and am waiting for Shravanamasa. The budget will only be announced then," Sharadamma said. The opposition wasted no time in condemning the ruling BJP council after getting wind of the postponement of the important announcement of the budget, which is the preface to BBMP. 'Very funny' "It's really funny to see all this. While the city is suffering and its residents are losing patience, they are waiting to choose a good date to begin their mission of improvingu00a0 Bangalore's infrastructure," former Mayor and present corporator Hanumanthnagar ward K Chandrashekar said. Captain Raja Rao, who was earlier the court appointed technical vigilance member to BBMP had sent 112 recommendations to the High Court pertaining to the city's infrastructure. "I had proposed a pilot project of having a separate lane for two-wheelers and three wheelers at Shivananda Circle, which makes up 70 per cent vehicles in the city. However, till date nothing has been initiated," Rao said.
