A class 8 student was arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh district for allegedly killing his classmate to get his funky mobile phone for listening Bollywood songs stored in the phone, police said on Monday.

Manish, 16, (not his real name) a student of Mahant Shivdas Vidyalaya, slit the throat of his classmate Munna (not his real name), also aged around 16 years. Under the law, both the attacker and the killed being juveniles cannot be named.
