Nilesh Singh, Assistant Food &amp; Beverage Manager says, "Here only one type of coffee bean is used." On offer are Monsoon Malabar, Kenyan Masai and Lavazza Beans. These are strong coffees usually had without milk or sugar.

Then there are the nightcaps, like the classic Irish coffee mixed with whiskey, Jamaican coffee with rum and Russian coffee with vodka. For those who want to enjoy coffee cocktails without liquor, there is the Russet which means a tinge of brown made of caramel syrup and coffee with a dash of milk.
