Say corporation's May 31 deadline to conclude roadwork is impossible to meet; hold elections, repetitive quality control tests conducted by civic officials responsible for setback
With the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials informing that only 70 per cent concretisation and 85 per cent asphalting of roads will be done by May-end, it appears that even this year Mumbaikars will have to brace up for bumpy rides during the monsoon. The officials added that no excavation work would be carried out after mid-May.
