The weather conditions in Delhi do not seem to be getting better, as the national capital on Friday woke up to a thick layer of toxic smog. The air quality in Delhi showed no improvement, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) standing at 397, which is categorised as 'very poor'. The AQI at 7 am was 399, only a point less than touching the 'severe' category mark.
As reported by news agency ANI, the AQI recorded in the national capital at 4:00 pm was 404, categorised as 'severe' air quality.
