Despite improvement in visibility and fog condition, as many as 15 incoming trains to New Delhi station were running late by more than four hours today, a northern railway spokesperson said here.

Prominent trains delayed include the Rajdhanis from Rajendra Nagar (Patna), Dibrugarh, Howrah and Seldah.
