The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to former Andhra Pradesh governor ND Tiwari after admitting the appeal of Rohit Shekhar, who claims to be the biological son of the veteran politician.

A division bench of Chief Justice Ajit Prakash Shah and Rajiv Sahai Endlaw issued notice to Tiwari to file his response against Rohit by February 9, the next date of hearing.
